Eric LeGrand
In October 2010, Rutgers University football star, Eric LeGrand, sustained a spinal cord injury at his C3 and C4 vertebrae during a fourth quarter play at MetLife Stadium. While the initial prognosis was grim, Eric demonstrated his titan strength by shattering all expectations for his recovery and rehabilitation. However, recovery was not enough.
With close to six million Americans living with some form of paralysis, including 1.3 million spinal cord injuries, Eric harnessed the national spotlight he attracted from his injury to give back to the community and inspire those living with and impacted by paralysis to bELieve.
Liz Blalock
Liz Blalock graduated with a BA in Dance at Arizona State and was a member of the ASU Dance Team. She has professionally cheered and danced for the Arizona Rattlers Sidewinders, the Arizona Cardinals, and the Phoenix Mercury Hip Hop Squad. Liz's passion for dance opened up opportunities to travel and instruct for Universal Dance Association, choreograph, coach and work with collegiate teams and professional dance teams throughout the valley, the US and internationally. A passion for teaching and fitness, Liz taught barre for 4 years and is currently teaching Spin at The Madison Improvement Club in Phoenix, Arizona. She loves spending time with her husband, Austin and their two year old daughter Logan.

Tishana is a small business owner and advocate living in Chandler, Arizona. Earning her 200hr Yoga Certification, and BFA in Painting, She combines the benefits of movement and art making to help individuals channel their creative explorations. She also supports the physical practices of the community as a General Manager in the fitness field, and believes the relationship with the mind and body help support a balanced lifestyle. She guides her meditations by encouraging people to create a life that speaks to the mind, body and soul.
Shelby Regier
Shelby grew up in Gilbert, Arizona where she relocated with her family in 1998 from Northern California. She grew up as a studio trained dancer and continued to take classes through college at Arizona State University where she graduated with a degree in Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School. After graduating college, she wanted to continue to pursue her passion for dance and auditioned for the Arizona Rattlers Sidewinders. She spent three seasons as a member of the Sidewinders, two as a captain and contributing choreographer and performed at Arena Bowl XXII and also in the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show with Katy Perry. She went on to become a member of the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders and represented the organization in London as well as Singapore and Diego Garcia as a member of Pro Tour Productions. She is currently a Realtor specializing in East Valley residential sales with her husband Josh and the Assistant Director for the Arizona Rattlers Sidewinders.
Kaileigh van Horne
Kaileigh has been in the fitness industry for over 9 years where she has instructed dance, pilates, spin, personal training, group fitness classes, prenatal/postnatal training and HIIT classes. She was an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader for 4 years where she had the wonderful opportunity of being a coach to the training program as well as a Captain for the squad. She is continuing to live through her passion of movement and positivity by being a trainer at Scottsdale Bodi where she feels incredibly lucky to call her home! She has the amazing opportunity to instruct up to 100 people in a HIIT class at a time. It is Kaileigh's greatest mission in life to leave the space she occupies better than it was before by spreading positivity and love.
